Description

This is an excellent deal! This gorgeous 1976 Ibanez Artist 592FB punches way above its weight for this price point. It has solid construction, strong tone, and classic looks. The natural curly maple resonator and intricate fingerboard inlays give it a striking vintage appearance, while the die-cast flat-top 20 hole tone ring delivers a crisp, bright, powerful sound with plenty of volume. This banjo was professionally set up by Richie Dotson last year and is playing very well. Richie also cut the neck so it does not touch the pot, which is a nice upgrade. * Ebony fretboard *spikes in the 7, 8, 9, 10 frets *The felt pad where the resonator touches the neck is missing a piece (see picture). This doesn't affect the sound at all. * Strap not included Only selling because I’m upgrading to a much more expensive banjo. Other banjos at this price point can’t touch this one.
