Original skirting in second photo has been removed and the original black plastic legs have been upgraded to 6 inch wood legs. Measurements: Width 87” Height 36” Depth 35.5” Seat height 21.5” Floor to top of armrest 27.5” Width between armrests 70.5” Must pick up yourself (you will need 1-2 helpers) from 2nd floor landing of apartment building. There are 2 stairwell options. One is narrow and slightly steep but a fairly straight shot down. The other is wider and a more average steepness, but there are a couple tricky corners to navigate to get it out the door. Asking for $60 obo
