OBO 1995 Avion 35 foot 5th wheel trailer. 2 pop-outs (1 for the queen-sized bed and 1 for the 15-foot Aluminum frame- previous owner hit a tree we replaced two ribs and all the sheeting across the roof a few years ago(newer EPDM roof.) Condition Fair Microwave, stove, fridge, and water heater work onboard generator (I can't get it to work at this time. Probably a simple repair, but I haven't had the time to diagnose.) Hydro slides do work, but need new deep cycle batteries (has been sitting for the past few years) New floors were installed in the kitchen, and new backsplash, and paint. Does not have a couch - the previous owner ruined it. Comes with kitchen table and chairs Has a new plastic toilet installed and comes with a new porcelain toilet Needs a new front door (the original door was not German Shepherd proof) The heater works in the living room and kitchen but not in the bedroom Air conditioner was removed due to it not working at the time of replacing the roof; I never had the time to put a new one in. The slide out roofs need work they were leaking last year but i did a patch job. Needs a new awning Tires: have tread but are old and should be replaced soon *originally bought this as a fixer-upper project but ran out of time and resources due to remodeling a house Registration is up to date Or Best Offer motivated to sell you must be able to pull it away on your own
