Fixed up lawnmower with a 190cc engine and 21 inch blades. Starts up in 1-2 pulls, only issue is it requires starting fluid to start due to malfunctioning primer. I’ll provide a can of some. It runs strong and gets the job done. -Fresh oil change -New carburetor -New air filter Asking $100 OBO
