Avon Fostoria Crystal Egg Soap Dish, Vintage 1977, Original Box

The Avon Fostoria Glass Egg Soap Dish is a collectible item from 1977, made of lead crystal glass in a clear color. This novelty item sits in its original box, still resting in its original packaging and is a single unit. This elegant covered soap dish is made of finest lead crystal by Fostoria, beautifully designed by Avon. It meets the same International standards (of its time) as European lead crystal, with the same superior clarity and brilliance. Its deeply faceted pattern catches and reflects light, creating a magnificent brilliance within the crystal. Inside rests an egg shaped blue soap, its delicate color clearly shining through. This glass egg soap dish is a charming and nostalgic addition to any collection of decorative items. Worthy of display on its own, or for use as a candy dish, anywhere in the home.
