I bought a bad ass truck from Lott 99. The price was awesome and the staff at Lott 99 were great in every department. Starting on the lot. First impressions, sales guy was welcoming to Lot 99 and encouraged us to ask if we needed the keys to check out any vehicle. We checked the first main lot, it comprised of subpar vehicles. Most of these vehicles face lots of wear and tear, such as faded headlights and disintegrating windshield gaskets. Cars looked fine on the photos online and pricing was OK, but I advise to check the cars out really well in person. Also, beware of the neighbor's dog.

Rob was super! He was quick with communication, provided answers, had the vehicle ready to test drive upon arrival and made the purchase process quick and painless.  I found him easy to talk to and respectful.
The Suburban I purchased has made me very happy. She is clean and drives beautifully.  Thank you Rob and LOT99.  The safety and assurance this new ride has brought my family is undeniable.

My boyfriend and I were interested in a used truck listed at this dealership and initially had a decent experience with Logan, the salesperson. We were clear from the start that we just wanted to check out the truck—no promises to buy. When we arrived, it took Logan 20–30 minutes just to find the truck, which felt pretty disorganized.

After a test drive, we pointed out a few issues, and Logan assured us their mechanic would take care of them. He then brought us inside to talk numbers. My boyfriend likes to think things through before making a big purchase, which we made clear. The moment it became apparent we weren’t an immediate “yes,” Logan’s attitude changed—he got cold and visibly irritated. When we later decided to go ahead with the purchase, Logan flipped back to being friendly, which honestly felt fake and manipulative.

After the sale, we tried following up about the promised repairs, but Logan became nearly impossible to reach. He gave us his number and told us we could contact him with questions, but he either didn’t respond or took days to reply. Every time we asked about the mechanic appointment, he dodged the question. When we came in later to drop off paperwork, he conveniently wasn’t available. Another employee helped us but said Logan would follow up. He never did.

It’s now been weeks, and we’ve heard nothing. The issues we were told would be fixed are still unresolved. Bottom line: I don’t recommend this dealership. The staff—especially Logan—were unreliable, and once the sale was made, they ghosted us. Don’t expect them to follow through on their promises.

This was my first time buying a car from a dealership. I was bit worried after reading the reviews. I also was shipping the truck I bought across the country which was a first for me. I had the pleasure of working with Rob and he was easy to work with. If you are looking for low pressure sales this place is for you. I’ve been to a few dealerships before and they hound you when you are shopping for cars. Never got that impression from Rob which was nice. But on the flip side I did have to prompt him a little to provide documents throughout the process. Something I don’t mind doing but others may be turned off by that. Overall a good experience I wish I was able to see the car in person it didn’t need much but brakes and an alignment so I could’ve worked that into the final price. Would buy from them again!
