They sold me a truck that is leaking oil, needs front end work and a list of other things. Was told by the owner that he owns a mechanic and Detail shop and they were going to go through the vehicle change all the fluids and complete any maintenance. The truck was overfilled with oil and due for an oil change. And hasn’t had any Maintenance done. The truck doesn’t even drive because the brakes are all rusted along with the entire undercarriage of the truck I was told the truck was rust, free and instead of disclosing the rust they tried to spray paint over it . The sales manager also told me I needed to tip him $100. Very unprofessional and shady business practice, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I purchased a 2017 Ram 2500 from this dealer for $30,000 and was assured it was in good condition, rust-free, and fully serviced by their in-house mechanic and detail shop. Unfortunately, that could not have been further from the truth.

The truck arrived with spray paint covering rust if the frame, rust on the body, due for an oil change, leaking oil, and even overfilled with oil. The brakes make a dangerous grinding noise, the tires are badly chopped from a neglected front-end issue, and the vehicle bounces all over the road—making it unsafe to drive. Their idea of a “detail” was wiping Armor All on the interior without actually cleaning it.

To make matters worse, I was told I could purchase a warranty for peace of mind, but after the sale I was informed that the truck had too many miles and was ineligible.

⚠️ This was a complete misrepresentation. If you value your money, your safety, and honest business practices, look elsewhere for your next vehicle.

Huge shout out to Xavier and the team at Diamond Auto! They went above and beyond to find us the perfect car for our daughter. They took care of everything and made the process stress free. I highly recommend buying from them, we will definitely be back!

From the moment we arrived, the experience was extremely negative. The manager treated us with complete disrespect, speaking in an offensive and unprofessional manner. While the sales staff were polite, the way the manager addressed us was absolutely unacceptable.

We were fully aware of my father’s credit situation, and we never expected a perfect deal. What we did expect, however, was to be treated with respect and professionalism. Instead, when I reacted to the extremely high interest rate, the manager responded sarcastically and in a condescending tone, making comments that no customer should ever hear.

If you value respect, professionalism, and customer service, I strongly recommend thinking twice before doing business here. A dealership that treats people this way clearly does not put its customers first.
