Instead of being patient I bought a new dryer and didn't wait for the new parts to arrive. Well come to find out it just needed a good cleaning so have new sensors and heating element replacement parts for it and a drawer to save your back it still has a warranty from Samsung just few months left but with all these new parts and sensors who needs it anyway. I paid $750 new but will be happy with $300 Obo with h the parts included and Samsung drawer that goes beneath it only thing It don't have is the plug I used to hook up the new one.
