I just want to start off with giving the absolute BIGGEST FREAKING THANK YOU I believe I have ever given in my life to the staff that helped me @ ZAS Motors🙏🏾🩷!!! You guys have shown me SO much genuine compassion and care in a world that could use sooo much more of that these days!! I went in to my car buying experience initially feeling defeated internally and I stumbled across this dealership online and when I tell you they really SHOWED OUT for me!! I felt sooo welcomed, I felt genuinely heard and understood by all members of the staff, I felt like I was family, they made my intensely stressful situation feel like an absolute cake walk on the beach🤣!!

As an immigrant myself but I’ve lived here from the age of 5 it was so refreshing to see and hear a new perspective on the American Dream and how this country does have sooo much to offer compared to some other parts of the world🩷!! This is a Family owed company that I was and still am very impressed with. The customer service here is excellent. Everything one would hope for. My experience with this company was actually tested, When after a couple months had passed in not receiving our registration and plates, the company responded rapidly to resolve the issue, which had nothing to do with them. When we purchased the car we had placed a small deposit of only $1000. They held the car for us over a week as potential customers kept hounding them to sell it from underneath us. They honored our deposit and ultimately sold us the coolest little car. We love it and would recommended zas Motors to anyone looking to buy a quality car for a great price with really great customer service. . .

Negotiated the cost and made a deposit on Friday.  I then took a 2 hour Uber ride to finalize the purchase.

Come to find out the car hadn't been detailed as previously agreed. The gas tank was also empty. Apparently we made such a  good deal that the owner didnt have any room to have the car cleaned and gas tank filled. Purchased many vehicles over the years and this is the first time this has happened.

To top things off they had someone drill 2 additional holes in my front bumper so they could mount the dealerships plate frame. Unnecessary as there was already a plate frame installed.

Lesson learned. If you are going to make a deposit and negotiate over the phone make sure you cover everything and leave some room for the surprises upon arrival.

My experience with ZAS Motors was great! Honestly found them by accident, a very happy accident. Found the car of my dreams! Chris Wright and the Team was very easy to work with. My Audi A6 is amazing. Thanks for everything!!
