Ruby Motors has been such a painless and excellent choice for me. Several times, I have gone back to get one thing or another checked out, when I called to inquire about where to take the car for this or that question. Every time I was told to come in and they would take a look at it, which they did. The only problem I actually had was a motor for the back hatch. They replaced it right away, at no cost to me, after I bought the car. This was not on any kind of warranty. I’m very pleased with the car I bought from them. They are absolutely dedicated to making car buying a good experience, and keeping communications open, as well as being willing to check things out for me several times. I feel very blessed to have found them. They mean it when they say that they want your business, as well as that of your family, neighbors, and friends. Their excellent service and personal touch, is such a rare thing to find. This is a family run business, and has a great reputation, which is well deserved. I feel very fortunate, and am able to stay in contact, as needed, drive over to see them,  and ask questions. I could not recommend them more highly.

As a single mom, full time student and employee, when my car was totaled out earlier this month, the last thing I wanted to do was the car shopping run-around. I could not afford a lemon or entertain games. I found my dream car online and these guys took the time not just to have the car ready for me to come see the next day, but one of the owners took my screaming baby and played with him at their train set they have in their lobby area then took him for a walk to see what the guys were up to in the shop and strolled him around in his stroller so I could sign paperwork. We were in and out of there so fast, everything felt fair and comfortable, and mom to mom, I felt seen and supported. They didn’t have to do all that they did for me today. Amazing people and wonderful quality cars and service.

We bought a car from Scott a few months back. Great experience. We started off via text messages about an older Mitsubishi Eclipse.  I was able to get my questions answered, get a CarFax report, and set up an apt very fast. The test drive and sales process were just the facts, no high pressure sales. The car had been checked out by their mechanic, but I was able to easily arrange for my mobile mechanic to take a look. For its age, the car was in great shape, and matched the description. I usually go for private party used cars, due to many other poor experiences with used car salesman (there's a reason for the expression). That is NOT the case with Ruby! They are easy going, honest, and a pleasure to deal with! Highly recommend.
