Sofa gently used, I bought it new a year ago so still in great condition! No tears or stains, selling it just because I moved to a smaller place and it doesn't fit in my Living Room. The sofa is very comfortable with a manual pull-up recline mechanism (not electric). I have it in my van, for easier pickup or delivery if necessary. Asking $100 firm! I’m in West Palm Beach 33405
