The maroon colored couch (96") and chair were custom designed along with the ottoman from ladlow's furniture store. The black chair, rocks back and forth and turns. We'll also throw in the rug in the picture also and cushions are a little flat on the couch. Otherwise everything is in good used condition. Must have at least two people to take all this out the front door and we're on the bottom level. Asking $350.00 or best offer...Any questions please ask.
