Inspired by the Cascade Mountains of Washington, this pocket size traveler’s notebook features a hand tooled leather patch reflecting the calm of alpine lakes and peaks with a visit from another planet. Back has stars and other stamps around the edges that gives a nice aesthetic while carrying it. Made from high quality, vegetable tanned leather hides that I select by hand. Fits Field Notes and other standard pocket-size inserts. Handpainted with Angelus Leather paints designed for leather. This notebook has four strong elastics to hold your notebooks and inserts in place. Closes with a strong elastic. Made wide so that you can stuff it very full and comfortably add a wallet insert and other accessories. *Last picture is to show what the wide size can accommodate. Leather is pliable. I leave them unrolled so the buy can choose if they want their notebook to soften with age and use. This process can be sped up to make your notebook softer and more pliable by gently rolling the notebook to the softeness of your preference. With use the leather will mold to your notebooks. Includes 2 standard pocket notebooks that are black with lined pages as pictured. Open flat it measure 9 1/2 inches x 6 inches. Will fit field notes notebooks as well as your passport.
