Will sell together or separately. Couch folds down to make a twin/full bed. Loveseat also adjusts to lay fully back. Kitties scratched up the backing & underside quite a bit unfortunately. Both pieces topsides are mostly scratch-free, but the left side of the couch is pretty punctured. Set was $600 new. Loveseat: 2'10" wide, seat at 18" high, depth is 55"long when folded up, backrest is 33"high Couch: seat at 18" high, depth folded upright 33", width almost 6'
