I bought this new in 2022. I paid for a 5 year extended warranty for all components plus the tire and wheel protection service, Concierge roadside service, and all weather guard. I am seeking because I just don’t use it enough for what I bought it for. In excellent condition. No dents or scratches or issues. The 2022 Rize 18M from Thor Motor Coaches is a Class B van with sliding windows that open, bringing the views and fresh air with you on your road journeys. 

A Ram ProMaster powers the Rize with 280 horsepower and 260 lb-ft. Torque. The cockpit includes a 7" touchscreen dash radio with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. 

A backup monitor assists the driver along with deluxe heated remote exterior mirrors. At night, the three-piece windshield privacy shades and the side premium window privacy roller shades are available. 

There is a pullout sleeping area. In the rear is the bathroom with a pocket door entry. A shower with a deluxe curtain is also a convenience. 

The kitchen has a stainless steel electric refrigerator, two burner gas cooktop with a glass cover, an overhead microwave, and a stainless steel sink with a single-handled kitchen faucet. The air is vented by a kitchen ceiling 12 V vent with a switch.

An Onan RV QG 2800 gas generator with an automatic shoreline to generator transfer switch provides the electrical.
