If you forgot your local user password for a pc or Mac, I can reset them. I won’t be able to extract passwords but can wipe it so that when you log in, all you do is press ENTER. If your laptop is encrypted with a bitlocker, then I can’t reset the password, but can format the drive so that you install a new OS. I can also recover deleted files.
