Hello my name is Luis Montero. So yea I’m changing my review to 1 star. You see this place is good only if you urgently need a car but please be aware that the vehicles your getting from this place are not so good. They tent to fail in some parts a month or two after you purchase the vehicle. In my case I got a Hyundai Tucson 2018 I needed a vehicle badly for work due to my two jobs that I have, but a month or two after the back lights began to fail, and not only that the vehicle has a recall. I called  Ana the one in charge and well she’s a very ignorant woman she shows and sounds like she doesn’t care about the car after you purchase  the vehicle she even told me “ to change the lights it’s not expensive it’s only like 1$ or 2 “ I had to pay 180 to change the whole light due to it being placed wrong by them and the bottom part of the bulb melting into the socket  not only that the tire was already flat we’ll sort of it had a nail in it. And now I have to take it to get a wellness check due to the gas peddle felling kinda soft. Also my sister got a van here and it’s falling apart the check engine light is on, the PRNDL stick broke and the car wouldn’t park or reverse at all. So in conclusion if you have the money for a car don’t be cheap and don’t come to this place there are other dealers with better used certified cars that actually are willing to help you fix them if they have a problem. But this dealer it’s not so good I highly don’t recommend it if you want a car. It’s best to invest else where especially with a 3,500 deposit it’s best to take your money elsewhere where. Also don’t trust Ana as she’s like I said an ignorant woman who doesn’t car about your situation or the cars she sells you she doesn’t show interest in the customers when it comes to helping them after there car problems.

Ana and Victor did an excellent job and helped me out. They did such a spectacular job Id come back and get another vehicle the next chance I get
