Excellent backpack, frame detaches from bag so you can swap bigger or smaller bags. Carbon fiber frame carries weight better than anything youll find at REI, can pretty much guarantee that. Adjustable lumbar support really distributes weight. Bag is amazing, carried a few 100lb loads with it and it rides great Shoulder Straps on frame are adjustable, should fit most people. Im 6’1 180
