Condition: The couch is in good condition. One minor stain on cushion, and one faulty zipper on one cushion. Both fixable problems with some TLC. This couch is extremely comfortable though with a high back and good cushions. I would keep it if I wasn’t moving out. Dimensions: 78” length x 38” width + 30” length at L shaped portion + 28” width at L shaped portion (See photo for clarity) Pickup only. Throw pillows and blanket included for no cost by request.
