Description: Beautifully framed and preserved under glass, this antique mezzotint titled “Welcome Home, or The Harvestman’s Return” is a heartwarming 19th-century scene engraved by Robert Dunkarton after the original work by William Redmore Bigg (1755–1828). It was published circa 1803 by James Daniell, 180 Strand, London. This print depicts a touching moment of a harvest worker’s return to his family, rendered in warm tones and finely detailed figures.
