Hello, we are moving and selling all of our living room Couches - All couches are in excellent condition - Pillows included - The Couches were kept in the guest house so they were barley used - No tears or holes on any of the couches - No broken or damaged pieces, all couches are very sturdy - Only a couple of stains from the kids and their friends on the third couch (easily removable with cleaning products) - My son will help load any of the couches onto your vehicle if help is needed :) - Asking price is 250$ per couch OBO - Prices are negotiable :) -I will also sell them at a discount if you buy multiple couches
