Higher quality Jonathan Louis brand 3-piece microfiber / microsuede corner sectional purchased new from Macy's close to 5 years ago (original price $2k+) and in very good condition with only just some minor upholstery wear & tear in a few spots but no stains or any other issues. The whole sofa is very solid built and the seats are all remarkably comfortable and supportive with a plus-firm feel and all the cushions are removable and their covers machine-washable.
