This is obviously an old trailer. Selling as is. Nice enough that my kids and I lived in it the last couple months parked on family property. They didn't have hook ups besides electric so I've never used anything in it other than that. I personally do think it's very nice and clean inside. Where the pack and play is turns into a table. The bed area can pull out the other bench to make a large bed. The storage area above can have a mattress added to it for use as another bed as well. Lots of storage. The bad - attempted to hook up the water when I moved it to a park and it was spraying from somewhere under the sink, no idea where, I just told them to turn off the water at that point and left it alone. It will need some work to get it fully functional for sure. Electric works great to my knowledge I've had no issues. The roof was sealed for leaks this last winter by the previous owner but I'm not totally sure about that other than one small drip I found coming out of the skylight when it was downpouring for an extended period of time. I thought about trying to fix it but I don't have the time or skills and need something bigger for My kids so were upgrading. It will be available for pickup Saturday morning I'll have it cleaned out. $3500 obo
