It has a couple of small scratches shown clearly in the photos. Pick up in Alexandria, or message to ship. 9 1/2" diam., 3 1/2" high (6" high with lid). 3 1/2-qt. cap. 8 lb. 6 oz. Handmade in France. Has a wide base for searing and browning, sloped slides for efficient stirring, and a curved bottom for whisking and folding. Solid cast-iron construction provides superior heat distribution and retention. Requires no additional seasoning. Enamel resists chipping, scratching, staining, dulling, and wear and tear. Tight-fitting lid helps lock in heat and moisture. Large handles enable easy lifting and carrying – even while wearing oven mitts. Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction. For best results, use low to medium heat on cooktop. Oven and broiler safe to 500°F. Do not slide pan on stovetop. Use wood, plastic or heat-resistant nylon tools to avoid scratching enamel surface. Allow pan to cool before washing. Dishwasher safe. Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads, harsh detergents and abrasive cleansers. To remove stubborn food residue and stains, use nylon scrubbing pad or sponge.
