The Torque Fitness F7 Fold Away Strength Trainer is a dual stack gym that offers true iso-lateral functional training in a small footprint to fit any room size. The F7 has adjustable pulleys, each with 30 locations, and two different widths to accommodate users of all sizes in performing unlimited exercises. The function of the flat-incline-bench accommodates a positive docking location to automatically align users in the correct position. The multi-use chin assist strap allows users of all skill levels to perform exercises. The cable columns, the bench, optional exercise balls or training accessories can all be hidden neatly inside the attractive closing doors. This system provides users of all abilities a functional variety of training. The 3/8 inch rubber mats seen in photos are included in price. Mats were built to measure 10x10 but can be decreased in size (it consists of 2’x2’ pieces that fit together). I have additional mats if requested that can also be included.
