Franklin Corp Sleeper Sofa & Loveseat – Super Comfy!

Solid, well manufactured, matching Franklin sleeper sofa and loveseat set. Cushions are still incredibly thick and comfortable. Although there is some damage on top of the cushions on the couch, somebody with much more skill set than me could most likely use one of the throw pillows for fabric to repair the small areas. The other sides are not torn so we would have them flipped over. But they have not been used for a year or so. They were at our lodge, replaced them but nowhere to put em. Hoping to sell by Monday, 9/7. Sleeper sofa pulls out easily. May need a new mattress. * I'm not able to pull it out currently but, the pull out is functional and can be tested at pick up. Loveseats in great shape! Just one tiny fray on the armrest. Includes all the original, plump back cushions and throw pillows. Priced low to sell by the end of the labor day weekend . Pick up only. Cash or zelle. Cypress N Houston and Huffmeister. Asking $175 OBO. Serious buyers only, I will not be able to respond to a lot of inquiries. If you'd like to purchase it, let me know and I will give you the address and have it waiting for you. No holds.
