While it was carefully refinished, it may have some slight imperfections. - Wood has been sanded, primed, painted in a beautiful beige and has been finished with polyurethane for protection. Comes with a small paint sample. - The drawers open and close as they should. - Measurements are in the pictures. - I cannot deliver. -Furniture is ready to go and you can back right up to it making loading easier. - Please bring any blankets or padding you might need to transport. - Cash only. I’m not usually available last minute or same day if it’s not coordinated early. Appointments are required so I can make sure I am available for you. I will also reconfirm that the appointment time still works for you prior to moving furniture around an hour (depending on travel time) or so before the appointment. - Please understand that moving and unwrapping furniture does take quite a bit of effort. I try to take accurate pictures of coloring and warn you of any flaws and give a detailed description. - Please be a serious buyer. This is not a show room. I have multiple items and it’s not easy to move multiple pieces of furniture around. - I will not hold items for more than a day unless I am not available. - Please make sure that you have a big enough vehicle to fit the item. - Rug and decorations NOT included. - I do not take special orders or refurbish privately owned items. -All sales final.
