This trailer has been in family over 30 years. We have customized in the last 5yrs. Recently we have: added new flooring, curtains, upholstery, paint interior and exterior, ac/ heater, rotors and brakes, new tires, awning, led lights interior and exterior, added a 2in lift for more ground clearance. Also has 20 gallon water tank. Black and gray tanks with fill level indicator. Hot water tank, water and electrical connections, can also run fridge on propane, sewage connections. We have enjoyed this lil camper personally for the last 12 years. Has 2 full beds, and 1 drop down twin. Tv with mount. Everything works. Yes everything works. Original manuals too. Approximately 3,000lbs towing. This trailer is amazing. Looking for offers
