I came in looking for a refrigerator, and although they didn’t have the color I originally wanted, I was able to return the next day and find the perfect fit for my needs. The service was quick and reliable, and there was always someone available to assist me. Melissa made the entire process so easy! You can’t go here they sold me a 250$ LG refrigerator which the ice machine didn’t work. My wife told me she wanted it fixed I called multiple times they couldn’t fix it. So then brought me a replacement whirlpool one that is forsure 100$ less than the first and it’s been doing this for months I call they say they will let me know. Like what do you mean fix this crap or just return me my money and take this back. That’s it period this is not the place to go if you want reliable people. I probably will report them to the better business bureau tbh. I hope someone gets in touch with me from here thank you !!!

I just needed a low cost refrigerator for my garage.
Went in, took a look around, and the young lady that helped me with super friendly and helpful. Got exactly what I needed, no pressure and within 4 hours I had a new refrigerator in my garage that was working beautifully.
Delivery was seamless, courteous and fast.
Recommend!

I do not recommend I consistently make an effort to support local businesses, but the customer service at this location is disappointing. Delivery is spontaneous.
Continue issue with fridge
Despite adhering to the recommended troubleshooting steps and water flow is slow, the refrigerator's alarm continues to be a problem. I requested to speak with the manager on Saturday, January 30th, and it is now February 5th with no follow-up contact. This will be my final purchase from this establishment.
I have 2 stars that was for the delivery company because they did a good job in setting up and trying to explain the issues. The office staff was no help.
