Buying used car here has been a breeze, we tell them what we can afford and willing to pay and they listened and willing to work with us. We have bought at least five cars and we are satisfied. Like any used cars there will be some minor wear and tear but no major problems. Overall, I highly recommend buying a used car from them.

I bought a Toyota Corolla 2009 3 years ago from them and felt the need to come back and give them an honest review for their great customer service!Not only were they personable, but they really took into consideration that I was a broke college student who just needed a ride that would take me from point A to point B. Nothing fancy but something reliable. They sold me my first Corolla and I have been more than satisfied with it!

I have referred my friends and family to them and just learned that they're now financing with the bank! Wish I had this as an option at the time, but grateful that I got it all paid off in less than 12 months.

This place is amazing. I drove 2 hours out to purchase a car from j&s quality motors but the workers were unprofessional and lied to me to get me there. The workers at quality auto plaza were so professional and nice and were able to get me my dream car through making sure i have the best deal possible. Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else!

So friendly. Bought a Charger a few years back and it is still in great shape! My sister bought a 2012 honda here with super low mileage at the time, and she has had zero problems! She travels from and to the bay every weekend and nothing has broken down on her car! Plus it is a gas saver!

Worst place to buy a used car. Would not recommend this used car dealership. First of all, the tires on the car I bought were very worn out. This caused me to get into an accident on a raining day. Second, the motor was defective. I told the owner that the motor was not in good condition and that it needed to be serviced (told him about a week after I got it). He said it wasn't the motor, so that his warranty won't cover it, so he made me pay half and he payed the other half which was unfair because it was something is warranty had to cover because it was in the motor. After it was fixed I told them that I would take it to a ford dealership to make sure the work was done and they reacted mad.  I checked the motor oil and it was overfilled to a point that it could have been the reason to why the motor was not working well. Because of this experience I would not recommend someone buying from here. Customer service is also garbage.
