All original g.e 6 blade fan .it works but needs new wire from base to fan motor wires are bare but I did plug it in and it works but I wouldn't run it again without repairing that it's 6 blade there the hardest to find and it is great condition I'm not 100% about year but I'm close make offer 750$/ 250$
