This is a Walt Disney parks official Made with Magic plush Mickey glove. In pretty good condition, coming from a smoke-free pet free home. Makes a great collectible item for any Disney parks souvenir collection! A little history lesson on gloves like this one… Back in 2016 when I bought this new at Disney World in Florida, these gloves would light up and sync with Disney World’s nighttime shows, such as “Fantasmic!” In the Magic Kingdom, through their proprietary technology called “Made with Magic”. This allowed guests to quite literally become part of the show, as all “Made with Magic” products synced with the show in unison, through their RGB lighting. But from what I’ve heard through research, WDW guest services have explains that all of the shows that these items paired with have been retired, and all of the Made with Magic items have been discontinued. They’ve been made obsolete by newer MagicBand+ technology, which syncs with Walt Disney World’s newer shows in the same way these items did in the past. All the park’s technology to make these items work has been ripped out and replaced with newer stuff, and the only thing that these gloves do now is light up and change colors in the demo mode, meant to work anywhere outside of a “Made with Magic” experience.
