Also shout out to Ben in finance, he was so so helpful and not pushy and made car buying quick and painless. Everyone I interacted with including the gentleman who helped me trade in my old car, the gentleman who taught me how to use everything, and even the store manager was just so lovely to work with. I got my car 2 days after purchasing, and was out the door within an hour or so. This was my first Lexus and besides making gorgeous cars, I am sold on the service and won't ever look back!
