Bought it recently, compression at 84/87 Which is little low ..90 and above is best. But it’s sat running with oil may bring it back up. Not taking low ball offer. Near asking price. If not i save it for parts or fix it. If check 15hp carb used cost $300-400 Change carb on 9.9 hp make it to 15hp Full running motor run in this era runs for $(contact info removed).
