Description

With title in hand. Bumper pull. Around 23 ft. Needs new converter. $35 on ebay. Plumbing and sewer work fine. Comes with ac unit, fridge, microwave and few other things. Im needing to sell ASAP. New roof (not just cool seal), new floors, new paint. I took the bunk beds on the left side out and built shelves and place to hang up clothes. Has a tub and shower. Does need very minor floor repair from the tub to the stove area. Do have the wood for that. Gas stove works. Hot water heater works Great. Can deliver within 60 miles. Comes with ac unit, fridge, microwave, queen size pillow top regular size bed.
