This is less than 30 days old. Bought brand new from Lowe's in Boynton Beach in the middle of June for $400 + tax. It works perfectly. I simply upgraded to a large window unit and don't have a need for this one. I know someone out there needs a brand new reliable AC for the summer. This is the best you will get. We literally only used it for 3 days before getting a much larger window unit. This will cool 250 sqft amazingly. Asking $300 OBO (contact info removed)
