This dealership supports the poor craftmanship of the trash vehicles that they intentionally sell. I purchased a certified used vehicle from O'Neil Nissan in 2019. During the winter of 2024 the paint began to peel off of my vehicle. I visited the Service Department in March 2025 and the Service Manager, Chris Ritaldato, said that there is nothing that they can do to repair the peeling paint. This dealership is selling trash cars! I've had vehicles for over 10 years and the paint never peeled. Clearly, the certified cars at O'Neil Nissan are certified lies.

My people residing in New Jersey and New York when it’s time to upgrade your do not pay those extra fee’s that the dealers in New Jersey and new your are charging. Try out my guys at oniel Nissan. This dealer and a lot others do not charges the extra fee’s only the TAX. And your out the door. Pennsylvania is governed ( meaning it would be illegal) if they charged extra fees’.  So before you go buy in new jersey check out my guys in pa first.  Professional staff on hand and no nonsense ( 5 star establishment).

I have been a customer for over 20 years and bought 5 new cars here, but that's over. The lack of care this team has shown for a limited edition GT-R is staggering. They managed to scratch my interior, then hit it with some abrasive spray to "fix it" without even asking or explaining that it will leave swirl marks, and told me to deal with it. Chris literally said "well , what do you want me to do? I can't warranty a $3500 door panel. These things happen" - see picture.

Bringing my GT-R here was a huge mistake. If this is how they screw up something simple on a halo car, imagine how careless they are with your ride.

Now I have to get Nissan involved and possibly take them to court.

We recently purchased a 2023 Nissan Pathfinder from O’Neil Nissan.  Our experience was very good.  The vehicle was prepared before we arrived and we worked with Walt Hladchuk.  He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. We had no need to haggle pricing as their prices were much better than other dealers selling the same vehicle.  We then worked with Rob Dougherty with our financial paperwork.  He was pleasant and answered all our questions. He explained everything extremely well.  The only negative part of the experience was the hour weight between agreeing to purchase the vehicle and signing the papers. Rob was the only one working in finance and another family had agreed to purchase a vehicle right before us. While we waited the vehicle was detailed beautifully.  We will definitely recommend this dealer to our friends and family.

From start to finish, my experience at O'Neill Nissan was truly exceptional. I never once felt pressured or that they weren't prioritizing my best interests. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure my new car buying experience was not only smooth but also genuinely enjoyable. I can honestly say I've never had such a positive and pleasurable time purchasing a new vehicle. O'Neill Nissan made what is often a stressful process into a completely delightful one. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a transparent, customer-focused dealership.
