Like New Light Phone II

I bought this as a challenge to myself. Like many of you, I was addicted to my smartphone and I would spend multiple hours daily on YouTube, etc avoiding responsibility, and relationships. When I made the transition from an iPhone, things were hard - not gonna lie. I couldn’t do a quick search, I couldn’t receive pictures of my adorable son, texting became slower.. but I learned something along the way. I learned that the addiction can be broken. After a month, I no longer compulsively reached for my pocket. My screen time went from 6+ hours to several minutes. I spent more intentional time with the people I love. After another month, things became easier. Because of this experience, I won’t use a smartphone anymore, in the sense that I used to. Now, I only have a smartwatch. Give it a try and see what it can teach you too.
