90 inches wide, 39 inches deep. Sectional adds additional 27 inches depth and can be left or right facing (long cushion flips over). There is a pull-out sofa bed mattress inside so it is very heavy. I suggest coming with 3 strong people for loading. If you come with two I will let you in-if you come alone you will be turned away. You will need to take it down two split-flights of outdoor steps. Availability for pickup today (Friday, Sept 26th) from 1-6pm; first arrival gets the item, I will not hold it for someone if another group gets here first. Good condition for a five year old piece. Tiny bit of wear on arms and upholstery. Comes from a clean, Cat-free home, but has some dog hair. Located in the Carrol Park area. Pillows and wooden arm table not included.
