In really good condition and as sturdy as the day we bought it. We used it so our elderly cat could climb up to our bed. It made it so easy for him to walk up comfortably. All flaws are pictured. The faux fur is still in really good condition. I did clean it up but did not vacuum it, so It may have some residual cat fur, but not much. Original cost was $60. Approx. Measurements: 22” from top to bottom. 20” from front to back. 16” from side to side.
