Description

Standard bore Big Block Chevy 1965 dated 409 truck block. Has passenger car 583 high flow heads. Dual quad intake and carbs (they will need to be rebuilt). The block is standard bore and has been Magged and checked for cracks. Everything checks out should clean up at .030 over but will 100% clean up at .060 over bore. The crank will need to be turned and polished. Comes with original set of pistons and rods and a set of new rods that were ground down to reduce weight. They still need to be shot peened. I do not have an oil pan for this engine. Block has casting break around where the distributor drops in but won't affect anything. No trades please.
