Description

****Battery repair also available!**** Based on customer feedback, I’m changing how I approach custom tool batteries. One thing has become very clear: not everyone uses their tools the same way — so a single “one-size-fits-all” battery solution doesn’t actually make sense. Some people run high-demand tools that hit hard and draw a lot of current very quickly. Others use their tools for long, steady work where runtime matters far more than peak power. And there’s always a trade-off, because the cells used to build a battery determine how it behaves — higher current capability usually means less capacity, and higher capacity usually means lower peak output. Most users land somewhere in the middle. That’s why I’m no longer offering generic builds. Instead, I design custom tool packs based on how the tool is actually used. Most builds fall into one of three general use cases: • High-output focused builds – for tools that demand high current and suffer from voltage sag or overheating with standard packs • Runtime-focused builds – for steady, repetitive work where you want the tool to run as long as possible between swaps • Balanced builds – a middle ground that prioritizes both usable power and reasonable runtime The final design depends on the tool, the workload, and the expectations — including how hard the pack is going to be used. Cell selection, configuration, and protection all matter, and those choices are made after understanding the application. These are custom builds only. I don’t keep pre-built inventory, and each pack is built after a short conversation about how the tool is used. A deposit is required before any build begins. If your tool eats batteries, overheats them, or just doesn’t last as long as it should, feel free to reach out and describe how you’re using it. We can figure out whether a custom pack actually makes sense for your situation.
