New with tags. Never worn before. I purchased it for a Gatsby/flapper themed party. It was too long for what I was looking for. It’s a mini dress however I am on the shorter side (5’3) so it’s fit me to above the knee. I am selling a lot of clothes so if you are interested please check out my other items! For reference I am about 117lbs, 5’3 and range anywhere from XS to S. Size 2-4. Measurements are 32C, waist 27, hips 37. Clothes are also listed on poshmark @Crosello
