HotSprings “GRANDEE” Jacuzzi, 2017, Working, Salt Water System, 7-person capacity, MUST SELL!!!

This is a well cared for HotSprings jacuzzi, their top-pf-the-line 7-person “Grandee” model, which I purchased at the end of 2017 brand new. Original cost was $13,000 plus tax, and today this model goes for $24,999. This is equipped with the HotSprings proprietary saltwater cleaning system, which was an extra thousand dollars at the time, and which allows you to use just a tiny amount of chlorine. This means you can soak all day without your skin being irritated by the chlorine content of a typical Jacuzzi. I used this spa a couple times a week and cleaned it religiously, always kept the chemical/pH levels where they were supposed to be, and the result is that today it’s working perfectly, the mechanics are in great condition. Meaning: all the LED lights work, as does the water feature, and all the jets, with no apparent leaks or problems. It is in need of a cleaning and a cover (more on condition below). Sadly, I can’t move this to my new apartment. My sadness can be your triumph, because I am only asking for $3,950 cash for my most awesome possession. You must move the Jacuzzi at your expense, and it must be done before Saturday 10/27. I do have the electronic remote which is newer and in working condition, however, there is no cover. The cover was damaged and I’m selling it before I purchased a replacement. This Spa requires a 220 V outlet, which is something that can be upgraded on your electric panel, I have a contact who did so before I purchased it that I can share. Remote controls the LED settings, jets, water feature, and other settings. There are massage seats, every seat can be customized in terms of the number and force of the jets, really there are about 1 million settings for the jets and water feature and lights that can all be customized. This is the last Spa you will ever want to own, It is the best HotSprings product from this year snd should last, at minimum, another 22 years if cared for. If I could marry this Spa and somehow have it live with me in my new apartment I would. But I can’t. I have had girlfriends I loved far less than I love this Spa. In fact, that applies to most of my ex’s, and the spa will never break your heart. There are very minor issues with the exterior, i.e. a panel that needs to be nailed down, and the door to access the pump area needs minor repairs. Otherwise there are two small cosmetic cracks on the outer part of the shell, not where water is held but on the ledge of the fiberglass. Each is 3 to 4 inches long; I was not aware of their existence when using the spa and they have no impact on it working properly. Obtained a quote of $550 to fix both and lowered the sale price by that amount. This needs to be moved soon because of the home sale, which is why I’m only asking $3,950 cash. There are retail outlets selling preowned similar spas, in similar condition, for $8000 to $9000, that don’t have the saltwater system included. I really can’t say enough about how much better the salt system feels, it is amazing. The spa is currently filled and heated, so you can inspect it by appointment. It will be drained and ready to be moved it sold. The buyer must either hire a company to professionally move the spa off my property, and onto your own, or must provide dollies and manpower to do so, seller will not pay for delivery or moving. The backyard access is wide and should allow it to be rolled out upright, not on a side. This is an as-is offer/sale, I make no warranties on the Spa functioning, for obvious reasons. But I have a video showing that it works, holds water, heats up, and has working lights and waterfall that I can provide request on request. Feel free to contact to make an appointment to see it.
