Got a 6 month lease to keep our boat in the water. Was hoping that would get us to use it more but it’s still hard to find the time. Ready to find a new home. 23 ft Seafox cc with a 2003 Mercury 225 HP four stroke (model 225XL). Hull in very good condition. Recently replaced Bilge pump, Bait well Aerator, water pump and Battery switch Has black bottom paint. Boat has been kept in water for about 6months now. Before putting in, we decided to put bottom paint on the underside. First 2 photos show it, the rest were taken before we painted. New VST pump, fuel separator, fuel sensor All maintenance done annually, cleaned and flushed after each use. Comes with ropes, anchor, bumpers, potty, Garmin fish finder, VF radio, new Removable bluetooth radio. Engine runs smooth and very reliable T top in great condition with led flood lights affixed.
