Great experience. Ximena was very easy going and knowledgeable! What a great sense of humor!. The truck we purchased had some wearing in the driverside front seat and some damage to the passenger side running board. Overall the truck looked good. However, less than three hours after purchasing the car, the check engine light came on. I called pride motors and left a message to discuss the check engine light and i am waiting to hear back from them. I heard back from Luiz, he apologized.and took the truck to his mechanic where it's currently being worked on.

This car dealership is extremely helpful in the buying process.  They were extremely fast and reliable.  I didn’t expect such a good buying experience.  However, I walked in, tested drive, and immediately liked the vehicle.  They helped me by answering questions I need to know about the vehicle and very pleasant in communication and negotiation.  I was able to purchase the vehicle and out the door in minutes.  I would recommend anyone to come here for buying a car.  Ximena, the receptionist was a nice lady.
