I recently had the pleasure of inquiring about a Jeep   Wrangler advertised online and was fortunate to work with Mo Benelbasry. I recently had my 2021 Audi S-7 serviced at Audi of South Orlando.  The AC Evaporator Coil had to be replaced approximately 1 year ago and was covered under the original factory warranty. Unfortunately, the exact same part failed recently a week or so out of repair warranty.  The entire AC system had to be replaced at extraordinary cost!

Although I was not happy about the reliability of the original repair, my service advisor Cory and the service manager went above and beyond to convince Audi of America to cover the new repair despite being under no contractual or legal obligation to do so.  We all know how big corporations usually respond to this.  This was the right thing to do on their part and demonstrated to me their commitment to doing right by the customer.  I was not expecting good results.

Thankfully, they were able to convince Audi of America and get the vehicle repaired at no cost to me which saved me many thousands of dollars. Many thanks to Cory for his customer advocacy.  I have never seen any service advisor do this.  I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership for your transportation needs!

Moises Garcia was an outstanding salesperson—no pressure, no gimmicks, and extremely knowledgeable. He gave me the space to make a confident, informed decision on my own.
