Good used condition. This was built from two Advance Outdoor 12x20 tall-roof carports (check Amazon for details), with a 16'x30' thick black truck tarp added over the top for additional weatherproofing (double-layer roof). Fits boat, trailer, RV depending on roof height. Paid more than $1,200 in 2023. 12' wide, 26' long, 10-1/2' tall ridge, 7-1/2' eaves. Includes parts to increase roof height to 12' ridge, 9' eaves.
