The name comes in 3 separate sections.... We nd y and then the s not shown. The name can be disassembled from the slats at purchase if wanted. The ballast ( electric power controller) is mounted above the name in the pic The LED'S are 12VDC behind the letters. I am using a 18V Cordless Drill battery to light them. Indoor or outdoor usage allows for different places to put the name. 35 inches long without the "s" 44 inches with the "s" The "W & "Y" the tallest letters are 14 inches. Asking $100 OBO
