1985 Bmw K100RS

Selling a modified 1985 K100RS - Staintune Headers Engine rebuilt and upgraded by expert with European cams Rods and pistons were balanced. Pistons knife edged at the bottom to move oil to the crown of the piston for a cooler, smooth running motor. Output shaft replaced. High output oil pump K1100 throttle bodies that are 3mm wider than a K100 K1100 final drive and swingarm Front forks are lowered and tuned. 18” front and rear wheels from a K1100 Has European switch on right side so headlight can be turned off. Has the 1985 tank with old style fuel pump. Fuel pump is turned on by manually with a switch (located by key switch) so it won’t fail and leave you stranded. K1100 gauge cluster with LED lighting upgrade. Comfy Corbin seat. Custom made rear sets. Custom bodywork and fairing takes same windshield as an R100S. Custom made luggage bracket for the old hard cases (in photo but bags not included) I have lower bodywork to include in the sale as well. Brand new Odyssey battery. Recently replaced front brake pads. This bike is smooth as butter and hauls ass. I ride it 58 miles each way to work. Lowered tide height has it glued to the road and suspension is plush. I’m 5’10 and it fits great. You could be a few inches shorter or taller and be fine. $5000. You couldn’t build the bike that cheap.
